Very Friendly staff, not overly pushy about making a sale, and they also have a GREAT looking inventory.. (At least they did a couple weeks ago- and I'm sure they still do!) The guys over at Hermes are good people. I was stuck trying to decide on a new car after my STI was totaled and had given up on the car search. Ended up driving by Hermes and saw a couple of cars that caught my eye so me and the wife pulled in and were immediately greeted by Serg. Within a few minutes I was test driving a car that checked all the boxes and having a great time with Serg. I had been to several dealerships and the salesmen were boring and not very helpful. Complete opposite with Serg. Ended up getting the wife a car as well which they held for a couple weeks while i was waiting on the insurance check. I bought a Ford Taurus 2019 from Serg and Yuri in mid October this year and I'm extremely happy with it so far. It's in great shape, runs marvelous, everyone I have talked to in the dealership has been nothing but nice as well as helpful. I had a slight issue with my ignition button, but after a quick ten minute stop, Max from service was able to fix her up. Finding a used car for a first time teen is not an easy task! After stopping into so many places on a Sunday afternoon, we decided to hit Hermes as our last resort. As soon as we arrived on the lot we were greeted by Serge and he asked how he could help. We gave him our budget and then he gave us the options of 3 cars that were in that price range. After looking at 3 we settled on 1 for a test drive. We took it off the lot, drove it and knew immediately this was the car for our first time driver. We came back to the dealership, placed a down payment and advised we would be back Monday to close the deal. When we arrived on Monday, Serge had the car ready to go to be test driven by my teen and when we came back we knew this was it. We worked to close out the deal, sign all paper work and were able to pick the car up that Friday. Also I would like to note that Brittany was amazing to deal with for the registration and insurance process and so quick to get it all done for us. Our teen is in love with her safe new car and we could not be happier.

I recently purchased a Subaru Outback from the dealership and had a great experience. Serg gave me all of the information I needed to feel comfortable purchasing the vehicle and was great to communicate with. I was a tough case for financing with young credit, but Carlos was able to find me a loan with an interest rate that was half of what I was originally offered. When I did drive the car off the lot, I realized the passenger window didn’t roll down from the drivers side and of one the license plate lights was out, I gave them a call and before I could be disappointed they fixed both the next day and waived any fees, despite the window technically not being covered by the dealership warranty. I’m glad to have purchased a vehicle from a dealership that cared about my experience and know I can easily return for services.

Bought a Mercedes R350 a couple of weeks. Identified a problem with the rear air coil. They tried a calibration first. When this did not correct the issue so they have ordered two new Arnott air coils. They backed up their promises. Totally happy with their response. My Wife is very happy with the vehicle and the buying experience with Jon. Max took care the one issue. I would buy here again. Good pricing also.

I have never experienced customer service like I recently received at Hermes Auto Sales at 420 Broadway in Taunton! I worked with Serg, but the entire staff works as a team to make sure the customer gets exactly what they want. I wanted a back-up camera, which the car I really liked didn't have, and Serg arranged to have the dealership split the cost with me to install one! Most dealerships say "This is what we have, take it or leave it." Serg didn't stop until I had exactly what I wanted, and at a great price! Hermes has a customer for life - why go anywhere else? (Hint: ask for Serg!)

I had a great experience at Hermes Auto Sales. Serge was straightforward and honest. The price was more than fair. They had no problem with me taking the car for a pre-purchase inspection with my own mechanic. Not only did the car come back with no issues, my mechanic pointed out a lot of work that they did to the car: clean; tires; and brakes, etc. Once the deal was done, they did all of the transfer documents, plates, inspection and I was good to go. They are not salesy.

I recently purchased my latest vehicle from Hermes back in December of last year. I bought a 2015 Hyundai Genesis Coupe. The vehicle itself had everything that I was searching for, especially its sleek and sporty appearance. Since my purchase, which was almost a month ago, I have had zero issues with the car. Carlos, the one responsible for helping me make my purchase, was extremely helpful, nonchalant and easy to talk to. Unlike most dealers, he did not attempt to undermine me or pressure me into making a purchase, despite knowing I was already interested in the car. The only issue I had with the car was that it had beat up and scratched rims, though Carlos said they would honor that issue by offering to re-paint the rims entirely come springtime. I have never been to such an integrity driven dealship, where they respect their customers and offer such high quality vehicles. If you want the experience that I had when buying your next car, definitely go to Hermes.

Place is horrible vehicle started falling apart within a month and there is no point to purchase warranty. They didn't honor it at all. Don't make the same mistake I made. Place sucks. Never again.

I'm in my 70's and have had significant experience purchasing, selling and servicing my share of vehicles. Years ago, I saw why used car dealers (and some who sold new cars) were not trusted by many customers (sawdust in a rear differential, undisclosed mechanical flaws, bait and switch, intimidation, etc). But today we purchased a used Mercedes from Hermes Auto Sales and had a wonderful experience. They were very honest and upfront about deposit policies and were reasonable in all negations. The staff seems to pride itself in maintaining a reputation for integrity and honesty. They also seem to know how to purchase quality/dependable vehicles. Our like-new Mercedes is a gem; my mechanic called it a "phenomenal" used car. We couldn't be happier with the wonderful experience we had at Hermes. Our salesman, Jon was forthcoming and transparent in all aspects of the sale. Brittany and Carlos are knowledgeable and very helpful. This was our first visit to Hermes, but I will check them out before I purchase another used vehicle.

Hermes is a great place. John did an amazing job showing us off cars and being patient with us even in the rain. He didn’t know standard but still let us test drive the car. Britney did an excellent job with time to register the car and make sure it was ready for me to come pick up. My dad paid for the car and the money had to be wired from Canada. The Hermes auto team did a fantastic job working with us. 10/10 would recommend. Detailing was okay the mats became really slippery. Just have to wipe them down. Besides that very clean and no issues!

We purchased a 2020 mitsubishi eclipse at Herme's. Carlos, the salesman, was very polite and helpful. The rear tires were a little worn down and Carlos said they will be replaced. They were replaced with new tires. A few weeks later the driver window would barely go up or down and they took care of the problem right away. This place was such a hidden gem in a field of bad car salespeople- absolutely great people to work with. With the marking being such a seller's market, it's not often that you find salesmen (especially in cars) that are knowledgeable, accommodating, and just overall nice. I've been looking for a car for a couple of months now, but was being shown broken cars one after the other or was being forced to go out of my budget (and my comfort). At Hermes Auto Sales, Yuriy was able to not only meet my budget, but work with me the whole way to make the entire process less stressful. They were very welcoming and friendly in the beginning and it continued even when I saw cars I didn't like. I ended up purchasing a Subaru from Hermes Auto Sales and the car did everything that was guaranteed- no issues, passed inspection, and came home super clean. Needless to say, this dealership may be a smaller one, but is worth the look at least. They are willing to work with your budget to get what you need and they're all very kind in the process of doing so. Brittany also gave my dog treats while he was there. Yuriy and Carlos were professional and friendly. Their prices were very fair for both trade-in value and sale price of the Tacoma I purchased. They let me take the truck out for a test drive for as long as I liked and didn't pressure me at all during the entire process. I ran into some confusion with my states DMV (NY) and I called Yuriy up and he remedied the situation and Brittany shipped out the paperwork I needed with a picture for tracking the next day. Buying from a used car lot tends to be stressful and put people on edge, but from my experience with Hermes, I would have no issue recommending people shop here.

I was searching for an older subaru impreza to replace my 07 and came across this very clean 05 impreza 2.5RS Hermes had in the lot, I reserved a test drive went in and was greated by Yuriy he handed me the plates and I was off.. the car was very well maintained by its previous owner and I could tell. When I returned Yuriy made the process straightforward and easy I was in and out in about 30mins I got my loan he transferred the plates and I left the same day with the car this is the first time buying a car and I have to say that im so glad I went with Hermes as was my first choice no pressure and Yuriy was upfront about the price from the very beginning drove off the lot happy! We’ve had a fantastic experience purchasing our new Lexus from Hermes Auto. To start off - their vehicles are generally low mileage and well maintained which speaks to their ability to identify quality vehicles to offer to their customers. Our car came with 97k miles which is considered very low for the year (2005). We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanness of the car when we test drove it. The buying process was good and the team at Hermès provided ample communication throughout. It turned out that the car required some work (nothing major and difficult to identify at the time of purchase). I was always skeptical of used car warranties but Hermès’s used car warranty covered the repair and Max and Yuriy went an extra mile to ensure timely resolution and kept us updated on the status of the repair on a daily basis. From our experience we feel comfortable saying that these folks offer quality vehicles and put a strong emphasis on the customer service and ease of doing business. I will be sure to come back if I need another vehicle and would recommend Hermès to anyone considering a purchase of a car.

Everyone, and I mean everyone, tells you your first car is gonna be a junker. That's supposably the only thing you will be able to afford. Not with these guys! My baby was in good condition when I got it, and I've had the car for about 3 months now, it has been through multiple family emergencies, one reunion, and a couple ER visits. Yuriy has got you through every step, at any speed, he'll help you figure out if the car is for you and will walk you through all the paperwork. There's nothing hidden, he walks you through every paragraph and then gives you printed copies for your records. Talk about transparency and honesty!! Personally I found my car by shopping online, they post through Carfax so you know what you're getting, but they also will give you the VIN before you even see the car so you can double check if it was reported on anything. All in all just one of the greatest car buying experiences, I will definitely be back for my next car, though that won't be for a long time, cuz of the wonderful car I got on my first time there.

Carlos is an amazing salesman! As we don't live in the area and had a pretty long journey to get there - Carlos waited past closing time for us to arrive and view a vehicle. Not only were we able to view the car, but we were also able to test drive the vehicle, run credit and more. With that being said, we knew it was an immediate sale, we placed a deposit on the vehicle and began the process. My wife and I drove down from NH to check a Honda Pilot Yuriy has for sale. It is a nice vehicle with great mileage for a 2012. The only issue is my wife wasn't sure that she wanted an all black interior. We decided to leave a deposit anyway. No comparison to the other used dealerships II visited. I stopped here to look at a car for my son. The sales staff we’re polite, professional, and funny. Yuriy helped us find the perfect first car. They have a great finance team too. After the purchase was completed the team took care of documents, registration and inspection just like a giant dealership would.
